Rates

Starting rates for Founding Sponsors and Underwriters begin at $100 a month, or an discount of $500 for six months or $1000 a year. We need the money up front to cover the expenses of buying the equipment we need to go live full time and get on the air. This Radio Sponsorship/Underwriting Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of [________________], by and between:

Station and Sponsor may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”

1. Sponsorship and Underwriting Services

Station agrees to broadcast radio advertisements on the web for ______ according to the terms of this Agreement and the attached Advertising Schedule (Exhibit A), which includes:

Air dates and times

Program placement (if applicable)

2. Term

This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date: __] and shall continue through [End Date: ___], unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Advertising Materials

Advertiser shall provide all advertising materials (scripts, recordings, tags, copy) to Station no later than [__] business days prior to the first scheduled air date.

Station reserves the right to reject or request revisions to any advertising content that:

Violates applicable laws or regulations

Contains false, misleading, or defamatory statements

Is inconsistent with Station policies or FCC regulations

4. Production (Optional)

5. Rates and Payment

Station may suspend advertising for non-payment.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Advertiser may cancel with [10] days’ written notice prior to the first scheduled air date.

Cancellations after the campaign begins may result in partial or full charges.

Missed spots due to Station error will be made good with comparable airtime.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Station does not guarantee audience size, listener response, sales, or campaign performance. Advertiser acknowledges that advertising results are not guaranteed.

8. Compliance with Law

Sponsor represents that all advertising content complies with:

FCC regulations

Federal, state, and local laws

Advertising and consumer protection laws

Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold Station harmless from any claims arising from Advertiser’s content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Station’s liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by Advertiser for the affected advertising spots.

10. Assignment

Advertiser may not assign this Agreement without prior written consent from Station.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [California].

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, including Exhibit A, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
